We are delighted to announce that Global Travel Rule (GTR) has secured the renowned ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certifications for meeting the international standards in information security governance and privacy information management. These latest achievements are part of our broader efforts to incorporate industry best practices across our operations.
The two ISO certifications were awarded by the British Standards Institution (BSI) - an independent multinational certification body with over a century's experience in developing standards and providing standards-related services - following a strict and thorough evaluation of GTR's controls, policies, and processes on the security and privacy fronts.
At GTR, we are committed to building a one-stop solution for global businesses seeking solutions to meet the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) Recommendation 16, commonly referred to as the 'Travel Rule.' Ensuring high standards in data security and privacy are therefore very important to us. Securing the internationally recognized ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certifications are a testament to our consistent efforts to provide a secure and trustworthy product that our VASPs, protocols, clients, and users can rely on.

Looking ahead, GTR will be undergoing annual surveillance audits to ensure continued compliance with the high standards set out within the ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certifications. There are also plans to obtain additional internationally recognized security, privacy, and compliance certifications where relevant.
