Integration adds Global Travel Rule (GTR) network support to Circle's existing travel rule compliance efforts, cementing industry-leading, multi-network approach to FATF Travel Rule obligations

Circle has joined the Global Travel Rule (GTR) network—a Binance-led alliance of Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs) committed to implementing the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) Travel Rule for virtual asset transfers. Circle is now a member of both the TRUST and GTR networks, providing access to a broader range of VASPs and enabling jurisdiction-agnostic coverage for compliant digital-asset transfers.

This membership immediately:

Provides Circle with an additional source of Travel Rule-compliant information - strengthening Circle's multi-network compliance infrastructure by adding another channel for secure Travel Rule data exchange.

Strengthens key relationships with leading exchanges and reinforces Circle's commitment to a compliance-first infrastructure.
