IP Whitelist Configuration

Before integrating the VASP API and GTR APIs, you will need to add the GTR IPs (35.74.112.84, 43.206.88.63, and 3.114.14.124) to your IP whitelist and provide your IPs to GTR. This ensures that the network is connected and secure.

Inversely, it's also necessary for you to add your IPs to our whitelist via configurations on the GTR website. Please follow the steps outlined below, titled "How to setup IP Whitelist in GTR."

It's important to note that IP whitelisting is a necessary security measure that helps prevent unauthorized access to the API and allows only approved requests from trusted sources. By adding the GTR IPs to your whitelist and sharing your IPs with GTR, you'll establish a secure connection between your VASP and GTR API, ensuring that data is transferred securely and seamlessly.

Vice versa, you have to give us your server's IP whitelist (max: 5) so that we can allow the firewall to accept your request. Without this step, you will not be able to send the request to the GTR server. You could collect these IP lists, write a mail, and provide them to us.Please note that the mail sender must match the user that you registered on the GTR website.

How to set up IP Whitelist in GTR

To ensure seamless communication with the GTR server, it is required that you add your outbound IP to its whitelist. For developers, this would include both your office outbound IP and the IP address of your production server. You can create up to five groups, both IPv4 and IPv6 are supported. Note that the entry must be a single IP address, not a range.

Please keep in mind that the IP addresses must use the /32 subnet mask, which denotes a single address as opposed to a range.

How to add your IP to the whitelist:

  1. Log in to the GTR Website and navigate to [My Account] > [Settings].
  2. Open the [IP Whitelist] Tab on this page.
  3. Enter your IP address to the specified field and save the changes.

Please note that modifications will typically require some time to become effective. Following each change, the editing area will be locked and will not be available for new changes until the updates are in effect.
