Register a new GTR user

• You will need a valid business Email address to complete the Account Registration process.
• You will need details about your company to register as a Trial Account or Professional Account.
• Additionally, you may need to add Two-Factor Authentication for extra protection on your account.

Register a new Account

• Navigate to the GTR Home page.
• Click Get Started in the top-right corner.
  • Alternatively, you could navigate directly to the Registration page.
• Enter your email address and password. Read our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and acknowledge that you have read and agreed to them before submitting your information.
  • Additionally, you can give consent to subscribe to GTR newsletters, updates, and promotions before submitting your information.
• A verification code will be sent to your email address. Check your mailbox and enter the code from the email you received.
  • Check the junk/spam box or update the allowlist settings if you do not see the email. It comes from no-reply@mg.globaltravelrule.com.
  • If you cannot receive the email, click “Resend Code” to request a new verification email. Please make sure that you always use the latest verification code as the old code will expire once a new code is sent.
• Once the code is verified, a success message will be displayed. Click the Account Page button to continue.

Registration Requirements for Subscription types

Subscription Type	Registration Requirements
Trial and Professional	An email to register an account Company information such as: Company Name Company Type Registration Number Certificate of Incorporation or Registration Contact Information: Business Contact Name Contact Email Mobile Phone Number Trial account can be upgraded to the Professional account.

About Trial User and Professional User

• Access to account options can be found through the My Account menu in the top-right corner, then Profile.
  • Alternatively, you can navigate directly to the My Account page.
  • Please note that after you successfully register your account, you will be automatically redirected here if you haven't selected an option.
  • You can always skip this step and continue as a Guest user.
• For subscription information, please refer to the Subscription section.
• Trial User will have access to:
  • Check the email registered with the account.
  • Check and update company information (requires submitting a request for changes):
    • Company Name
    • Company Type
    • Registration Number
    • Certificate of Incorporation or Registration
  • Check and/or update contact information:
    • Business Contact Name
    • Contact Email
    • Mobile Phone Number
  • Upgrade the trial account to a Professional account.
  • Turn on or off the newsletter and promotions email notification.
• To enroll as a Trial user, refer to the Create a trial user page.
• Professional User will have access to:
  • Check the email registered with the account.
  • Check and update company information (requires submitting a request for changes):
    • Company Name
    • Company Type
    • Registration Number
    • Certificate of Incorporation or Registration
  • Check and/or update contact information:
    • Business Contact Name
    • Contact Email
    • Mobile Phone Number
  • Turn on or off the newsletter and promotions email notification.
