As an IT Administrator, your responsibilities include setting up the IP Whitelist, Callback URL, and mTLS certificates. To manage the sensitive AccessKey and SecretKey required for mTLS certificates, you can securely store them in a Secret Manager Service such as Vault by HashiCorp, AWS Systems Manager (SSM), Azure Key Vault, or GCP Secret Manager. Once stored securely, you can provide the developers with access methods to retrieve these keys as needed. This ensures that the keys remain protected and are only accessible to authorized personnel.

In the test environment, developers are not mandated to participate. GTR provides

Integration Test tools, facilitating easy callback testing and request submission via manual clicks on the GTR website. These tools operate within the production environment, necessitating IP Whitelist setup in production. However, the test environment is indispensable for Travel Rule Service Provider clients.

Each environment has a distinct IP Whitelist configuration. Both configurations require review. Please refer to the IP Whitelist configuration section for specific details regarding each environment's setup and review process.
