Due Diligence Sharing
About Due Diligence File (DD)
Due Diligence (DD) refers to a comprehensive collection of documents and information that a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) gathers and maintains to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This file typically includes the compliance statement and documentation to demonstrate the entity's compliance standards. It must manually upload the supplementary DD file information to GTR website.
The Due Diligence File is essential for demonstrating that the VASP has conducted appropriate due diligence on its customers and transactions, thereby ensuring compliance with the travel rule and other regulatory requirements.
