About Entity Info
Entity Info refers to the company information you provided when registering with GTR. It includes part of the questionnaire content and can be shared publicly only with your consent. This typically encompasses the Entity Info, the questionnaire information you provided during registration on the GTR website, and the Security questionnaire information.
Request Others Entity Info
Before requesting an Entity Info, you must have an active Trial or Professional subscription approved (expired statuses are not included). Go to
[VASP Network] > [Search VASP] and move the table left to Entity Info and Due Diligence, then click [Review VASP/TRSP].If you want to request "Regulatory and Entity Information," move to the section and click "REQUEST ACCESS ENTITY INFO".
Once requested, it will show "request was sent. Access the file after approval." If approved, the valid period is 7 days. You will receive an email notification, and you should go to [VASP Network] > [Search VASP] and move the table left to Entity Info and Due Diligence, then click [Review VASP/TRSP] again to see the file.
*If the Entity Info is updated during this period, you will still see the changes.
Review Sharing Request
Go to [Request History].
You will see all the requests and history in the table. To approve or reject a request, click the appropriate button. Each approval grants access for 7 days.
*If the Entity Info is updated during this period, the changes will be visible.
