Tech/Compliance Point of Contacts
The Tech and Compliance POC section Account Management allows you to provide contact information of your technical and compliance team. This enables your counterparty VASPs to reach out directly to the appropriate contacts on your team in case of issues or inquiries regarding GTR Travel Rule requests.
You must provide at least one Tech and Compliance POC contact. Without it, your VASP may not be able to turn on Network Visibility and go live.
Tech and Compliance POC contains:
- Contact Person Name
- Contact Email
- Instant Messaging (platform and username)
Please note:
Your Tech and Compliance POC details are only visible to counterparty VASPs that have conducted Travel Rule requests with your VASP within the GTR network.
Manage POCs
- Click the "Edit" button on the Tech and Compliance POC card to open the edit dialog.
- Fill in or update the contact details for each entry:
- Contact Person Name
- Contact Email (format: username @ domain)
- Instant Messaging — select a platform (e.g., Whatsapp, Telegram) and enter the user name or identifier
- To add another contact, click "+ Add New" at the bottom of the dialog.
- To remove a contact, click the "X" button next to the entry.
- Click "Save" to confirm, or "Cancel" to discard changes.
Please note:
- The Contact Email domain must be in the allowlist. By default, only the email domain used during your GTR registration is supported (e.g., @xyzcompany.com). If you need to add additional domains (e.g., eu.xyzcompany.com), please contact GTR Support.
- Invalid email formats or disallowed email domains will be flagged with an error message. Please correct them before saving.
