Out-of-Network Messages
The Out of Network feature enables you to share PII with Beneficiary VASPs that are not part of the GTR Network, ensuring regulatory compliance across all transactions.
Configure Contact Email
Entry point: "Add-On" -> "Out-of-Network Message"
- In the "Contact Email" field, enter your VASP's compliance team email address and click save.
- This email address will be included in all outgoing out-of-network email notifications, allowing counterparties to contact you directly
Beneficiary VASP Configuration
- Entry point: "Add-On" -> "Out of Network Message"
- You'll see a list of all available Out of Network VASPs with their jurisdictions and their current settings.
- Use the "Search By VASP Name" field to find specific counterparties.
- For each beneficiary VASP, you can choose between two email options or simply disable it.

Enable Out-of-Network Feature
Entry point: "Add-On" -> "Out of Network Message"
- Toggle the "Enabled or Disabled" switch to ON to activate this feature.
- The status will show as "Off" initially and can only be changed once you configure your Contact Email.
