Dashboard
The Dashboard is the default landing page after login, providing a personalized overview of your GTR account status, setup progress, and Travel Rule performance at a glance. The content displayed adapts dynamically based on your account status, subscription type, and whether your VASP is live on the GTR network.

Dashboard Overview

| Guest: If you have not yet been approved for a Trial account, the Dashboard displays guidance to help you get started. |
|
| Before Go-Live (Network Visibility OFF): Once your Trial or Professional subscription is active but you have not yet turned on Network Visibility, the Dashboard focuses on helping you complete setup. |
|
| After Go-Live (when Network Visibility ON): Once you have turned on Network Visibility (API Member or Manual Member), the Dashboard switches to a Travel Rule performance overview. |
|
- Sub-role Users: Subscription-related action buttons (e.g., Upgrade to Professional, Renew Subscription, Resubmit Application) are only available to Main Account users. Power Users and Operator Accounts can view subscription status but cannot perform actions.
- Integration Progress Cards: For Fireblocks users and Manual members, the Integration Center card is hidden, as these accounts do not require API integration tests. And certain items in Compliance Settings and Environment Settings are adjusted automatically.
- Data freshness: Travel Rule metrics and Travel Rule Charts have a 1-day delay.
Alerts & Reminders
The right-side panel displays actionable alerts requiring your attention. Each alert has a colored severity bar:

|---|---|
| Red | Overdue or violation in effect (e.g., subscription expired, DD files expired) |
| Orange | Needs attention but still actionable (e.g., subscription expiring, payment pending) |
| Blue | Pending review with no deadline pressure (e.g., DD access requests, allowlist requests) |
Alert types include:
- Subscription Expiring / Expired: Reminder to renew or upgrade your subscription
- Payment Pending / Rejected: Status of your subscription payment
- Application Rejected: Your Professional or renewal application was not approved
- DD Files Expiring / Expired: Due Diligence documents approaching or past expiry date
- DD Access Requests: Other VASPs requesting access to your DD documents
- Allowlist Requests: Other VASPs requesting to add you to their allowlist
Alerts are sorted by severity (red first, then orange, then blue). Each alert is clickable and navigates to the relevant page where you can take action.
Alerts automatically disappear once the underlying condition is resolved - there is no manual dismiss button.
Visibility by role:
- Main Account: sees all alerts
- Power User: sees DD-related and Allowlist-related
- Operator Account: does not see the Alerts panel
